Truly can we get UV in the winter here in Minnesota? Yes, even when the sun never seems to shine.
If you can't get to a window and sit in the sun. If you don't own a red light or can afford those places that offer that. Do you have a wood burner or a fireplace?
Did you know - of course you do...that the sun is a large ball of fire? Well, a fireplace and/or wood burner can offer the same UV light of the sun, just a smaller scale - so no sunburn. However, it still can help and it still allows some vit D for your skin!
Next time you don't want to start the fire, think of your precious body and get one going. Sit in front of it for a bit and soak up the light!
